Program details
This is a hybrid or blended program providing both in-person and online instruction.
This blended program contains 75 instructor led hours and 30 hours of online course work for a total of 105 hours. This combined program is designed for California HR professionals looking to keep current and/or develop their careers in the area of human resources. It provides expert instruction with the SHRM Learning System and covers areas including, but not limited to, employment law and regulations, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement. The program is designed to help candidates assume a more strategic leadership position and perform more effectively as they work toward earning a credential recognized worldwide for its focus on behavior competencies as well as technical knowledge in Human Resources. Once participants have completed the SHRM SCP/CP portion of this program and pass the final test, they will be ready to take and pass the SHRM CP and SCP exam. Exam fee is included in the course price listed here. Students are responsible to verify eligibility to sit for the SHRM CP or or SHRM SCP exam.
