This program provides online instruction, e-learning, or distance learning only.
You'll view videos and blueprints guiding you through key Sales Development Representative (SDR) duties such as research and prospecting maintaining a pipeline with CRM tools including Salesforce and maximizing key communication channels. Every week you'll attend live online learning workshops featuring demonstrations and guided practices with sales experts and one live session per week.
