Program details
This program provides online instruction, e-learning, or distance learning only.
Employment of real estate brokers and sales agents is projected to grow 11% through 2022 as the real estate market continues to recover from the recent economic recession. To meet this need, and to prepare students for the real estate license exam, UC Irvine Extension's program, in collaboration with real estate professionals satisfies the 135 hour education requirement necessary to sit for the exam. Courses are aligned with the CA Bureau of Real Estate and the National Association of Relators.
