The HVAC-R program is designed to thoroughly prepare a student through quality lecture and laboratory instruction in the theoretical knowledge, skills, and responsibilities required to work in the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning field as an entry-level HVAC - R professional. The successful program graduate will be able to perform appropriate troubleshooting and repair of Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.The courses will be in a blended delivery format. Blended courses combine traditional or face-to-face classroom instruction with (remote) distance education learning environments to optimize the learning experience of the user. Most of the remote learning will come from the lecture hours.
