This program provides in-person instruction only.

Learn the skills to build a house from the ground up in this one-year program! Develop hands-on skills in various commercial and residential construction disciplines, including electrical wiring, plumbing, framing, roofing, drywall, finish work, and construction management. You will also gain an understanding of safety, the use of hand and power tools, blueprint reading, estimating, and construction industry operations. Industry-driven curriculum and our state-of-the-art on-campus shop will help prepare you for employment, an apprenticeship training program, community college or a four-year degree institution. Additionally, high performers will be selected to compete in statewide building competitions. Most importantly, you will be exposed to personal growth that will set you apart in todays job market. Cost for adults is $1,900.
