This is a hybrid or blended program providing both in-person and online instruction.
Nurse/Nursing Assistant/Aide and Patient Care Assistant. JobTrain's program prepares individuals to perform routine nursing-related services to patients in hospitals, long- term care facilities, or residential care. The curriculum includes Title XXII, CORBA (patient's rights), taking vital signs, body mechanics, nutrition, specimen collection, personal hygiene, basic anatomy and physiology, and medical terminology. Upon passing the State boards, one qualifies to take an additional two-week Certified Home Health Aide course.
