Program details

This is a hybrid or blended program providing both in-person and online instruction.

This competency-based course is designed to prepare students for employment in building maintenance and cleaning work. Instruction covers new techniques using the APP Softwares and computerized smart devices equipment, materials, and methods used in routine maintenance and cleaning clinics, hospital offices, shops, , schools, stores, and outdoor areas. Topics include electronic digital computerized equipment and commercial plans for floor care, wall and window washing, and minor building repairs.
